Chef Keith Franco

After graduating from Metropolitan Community College with a degree in Culinary Arts and Management, Keith adopted a plant based lifestyle for a variety of reasons. He has been perfecting his skills as a vegan chef and baker for over 10 years now and truly enjoys sharing delicious, cruelty free meals with his friends and family. 

Keith founded Vegan Snack Daddy LLC in 2021, a company that provides wholesale vegan options to small businesses such as our kava bars, in the South Florida area. He has inspired many people to make more conscious choices about the food on their plates through kindness and compassion, one snack at a time. 

You will always find Keith with a smile on his face and gratitude in his heart.
